Pramathesh Barua College
Pramathesh Barua College, Gauripur popularly known as P. B. College was set up in the year 1964 in Arts Stream. It is named after the multifaced genius of Indian cinema the proud son of Gauripur, Late Rajkumar Pramathesh Chandra Barua with Dr. Birendra Nath Datta as the founder principle. The plots land were donated by the Gauripur Royal Family. The sincere responsibility shouldered by the institution has been reflected in the assessment of the institution by NAAC and awarding Grade ‘B’ after through assessment of the overall performance of the college.
